Terms of Service

By creating an account and booking a stay through our platform, you agree to provide accurate information, complete our identity verification process, and use the platform only for legitimate travel bookings.

A booking is confirmed once reservation details are submitted and accepted. Minimum night requirements and cancellation terms are shown on each property page before you book. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

New accounts are reviewed before they are able to sign in, as part of our identity verification process. We reserve the right to decline or suspend an account that fails verification or violates these terms.

We list properties on behalf of independent hosts and are not the owner or operator of any listed property. We do our best to verify accuracy, but hosts are responsible for the condition and description of their own listings.
