Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and, as part of our identity verification process, a government issued ID document. When you book a stay, we collect your travel dates, guest count, and any message you send to a host.

Your information is used to verify your identity, process bookings, communicate with you about your account and reservations, and keep our platform secure for all guests and hosts.

Identity documents are used solely for account approval and are never shared with property hosts or third parties.

Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Signing in requires a one time email verification code in addition to your password.

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us through the Contact page.
