Cancellation Policy
Every stay shows its own cancellation window before you book. Here is how it works.
Standard policy
Bookings are generally eligible for a partial refund if cancelled at least 3 days before check in. Cancellations made after that window are non refundable.
The exact refund by date for your specific stay is always shown on the booking widget and again on your checkout confirmation before you complete a reservation.
How to cancel
Reach out through the Contact page with your booking confirmation number, and our team will process your cancellation according to the policy shown at the time you booked.
